Nice Design but Poor Quality and Spotty Customer Service

I took delivery of this Maytag oven a week ago. The oven looked great on the outside. But then I began to find these defects: 1. Doors did not close evenly. Maytag service contractor twisted them by hand to improve closing. 2. Lower oven temperature sensor was hanging loose out of the clips. Clips were defective. 3. Found a rough cluster of a white substance on the bottom of the upper oven; a defect in the porcelain.The first time I called Maytag/Whirlpool about the doors, they were courteous and sent a contractor right away. But when I called a second time about the defective clips and porcelain, Keisha claimed that the defective porcelain was not covered under warrantee... UNBELIEVABLE comment on a brand new oven. Keisha reluctantly arranged a second service call and restated that the porcelain defect would not be covered by Maytag/Whirlpool. Again... UNBELIEVABLE!Let's see what happens after the service call, but I'm NOT paying for an oven with defective porcelain.If they want my money, Maytag/Whirlpool needs to improve their product quality and warranty support.
