Fridgidair cooktop

I replaced an older electric cooktop with a new black Frigidaire (glass) 5 burner model.This one is so much hotter and I love the small middle burner.I make coffee in a Chem-ex glass unit.The burner keeps the coffee at just the right temperature.until finished .A light comes on (Red) that indicates the top is HOT which is good to have for especially small children,and a reminder to not clean until light is off.

Great cook top

I checked and compared this Frigidaire cook top with others at one of the big box stores, then ordered it from Amazon. It was ridiculously easy to connect and install as a replacement for an existing (thirty-two year old) conventional cooking coil-type top. While it IS new, it works like a charm and my wife is extremely pleased with this purchase. If I have any problems with it, I'll update this review, but right now I am a very satisfied customer!

Check out all the complaints at the Federal Government Consumer Products Safety commission before buying a Frigidaire cooktop. I have published complaint with no resolution from Frigidaire. My Frigidaire cooktop almost burnt my house down.
