Wonderful dishwasher

This is a very versatile dishwasher--my only problem is with large cereal bowls, but experience should solve this problem in time. I have hard water (24) and the built-in water softener was one of the reasons I selected this machine. After only two washings, my cloudy glasses are sparkling! I was a little uncertain about the silverware tray, but really like it. It does take a little longer to load, but you unload very quickly. It also handles stemware of different heights which is a very nice feature. If you have a variety of dishes like I do, it is helpful for you to take them to a dealer to see how they fit before you purchase. This dishwasher does not have the typical bed of nails trays like my old dishwasher had. While this isn't supposed to be the quietest Miele (rated 4 out of 5--being the quietest) it is amazingly quiet. We have ours installed in an island that is between our kitchen and large dining room and you have to listen hard to know that it is even on. I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Dishwasher is great; evVive terrible

The dishwasher is great and I'd highly recommend it. It's quiet; I love three racks; looks great; cleans better than any dishwasher I've had.I would not, however, recommend the purchase through Amazon as the shipper used by evVive was terrible. It wasn't delivered for 2 weeks past the due date of delivery due to the limitations in the shipper's schedule. So, we cancelled the order. We got stuck with $600+ in fees due to shipping costs too and from the shipper and a restocking fee. I never saw the dishwasher, but lost hundreds in the purchase due to evVive and the shipper. So, get the dishwasher, just not through Amazon.
