Wasted more money than the cost

Purchased the Frigidaire freezer FFU14F5HW in Oct 2008 (from Lowes) and it failed in Sept. 2010, less than two years later. Not only will this freezer be filling up our landfills with it's useless body, but it has wasted my hard-earned money, both the money I spent to buy it and the hundreds of dollars in expensive foods that spoiled. I do not consider a freezer that lasts less than two years a quality product.

No Thanksgiving this year

It's the day before Thanksgiving 2010 and I just discovered that my less-than-three-month-old freezer FFU14F5HWJ (installed 28 August 2010)has stopped working, ruining everything for I bought Thanksgiving Dinner.My experience casts very serious doubt on the quality of any Frigidaire product.

Don't Buy This Freezer

Purchased this unit a month ago. It runs 35 to 40 minutes out of the hour. The fan is so loud we hear it throughout the house. The service guy who came to check it out said all that was totally normal, just get used to it. Also was told the fan was in all frost free freezers. Why the fan has to be so loud is a mystery. Buy something other than this unit.......
