Pretty solid so far

When our GE cooler went on the blink I purchased this model. As I researched coolers I focused on price, size, and design/style. Basically I wanted a cooler that was a) around $150, b) tall enough so I wouldn't have to stoop down too much (I'm 6'2), and c) provided good water flow.Many dispensers are short - you have to pay attention to the height measurement provided. Some "free standing" models (versus table-top) are in reality table-top models with an added base for them to sit on. This design makes me uncomfortable as I don't like the idea of a heavy water bottle sitting on top of a 2-piece structure. I'm more comfortable with "true" free-standing designs such as this model.Also I was unsure if coolers using the "spigot" design (spigot dispensers using control levers on top of the spigots) were better than push-button designs as this model used. Typically in offices you see spigot dispensers and they always have good flow. On the flip-side spigot dispensers look like they belong in an office - not really a look I'd like for my kitchen.In the end this dispenser provided everything I was seeking. The cold water is cold enough, and easy to dispense. I can't comment on the hot water temperature since we don't use it for that - I keep that power turned off and dispense room temperature water from the hot. It does flow well though.PROS: Price, height, water flow, style (looks good in the kitchen)CONS: Loading collar (where you load water bottle on top) a bit small so takes practice to avoid spillageOne final note: my first dispenser came damaged (side panel badly dented). Whynter customer service was good about sending me a new one quickly and paying the freight to have UPS ship the damaged unit back. And UPS came to my house so I didn't have to truck the thing to a drop-off location.

icy cold and steaming hot

This has got to be one of the better water dispensers I've purchased before, it looks great, very clean, nice sleek profile. It works like a charm too. Real easy to use and very light. Pricewise very nice too. all around good buy in my opinion.

This product works very well. The storage cooler below was a surprise even though I had read the description. It is a nice feature. The only complaint that I can make about the cooler would be the water comes out of it a little slower than other 'conventional' coolers. Not a big deal, and it seems it may assist with keeping the water colder or hotter for longer before needing to reheat/cool.Hot & Cold can be individually turned on/off and there are handles on the side to assist if you need to pull the cooler out or move it at all.This cooler is also smaller than other coolers I have owned and also by far the nicest looking, which is a definite plus!
