Idiot proof

I read a lot of good reviews and bad reviews on this machine before buying it. But, I really think it's idiot proof. I read the directions, and still managed to have more questions than there were answers. Still, it runs like a trooper, and produces much more ice than anticipated. Utilizes water well, and I don't see any waste in that area. The only thing I'd say about this machine that could be interpreted as negative would be that you really need to run it near the freezer so you can get the ice in the freezer ASAP. It doesn't keep ice frozen, but if you forget about it, ice melts and goes back into the unit to be made into ice again. I'm happy with it for our purposes. Saves me having to constantly empty and refill ice trays.

The machine doesnt work!!!

I recently purchased this ice machine it was working for the first week and then it stopped producing ice. We are trying to contact the company and they are avoinding us for the past 3 weeks. They said they will send a technician ,we are still waiting for him. I dont recomend it to anyone. Its terrible!!!
