I received this island range hood on just a few days after my order. I inspected the fan for function and installed the assembly a week later. The instructions were vague but not really necessary due to the straight forward nature of the installation. After final installation I peeled back the protective film and found two imperfections. I submitted a complaint through Amazon. Literally within hours I had a shipping number with a replacement chimney! So incredible! The actual function of the fan is incredible. It really pulls the air out of the kitchen! The halogen lights are bright and really put the light where it is needed. This is a handsome appliance that will accent our kitchen remodel perfectly.
