Still have not found what I want

I do not care for induction cooking.So I ordered this SPT radiant cooker.It looked so good when it arrived. I prepared to make some soup.So far, so good.After i shut it down and let it cool I wanted to clean it. I dripped some water on the induction area and grabbed a soft, clean cotton kitchen towel.I slowly and softly run the towel over the induction area and got a surprise I did not expect.... or want.That towel and the water actually removed part of the cooking surface!It took me 15 minutes to wrap the product up for disposal in my garbage can.If you still have a desire to purchase this item, please be careful.
