What do evVive Home or Amana will do for us?

bought this stove because we had chosen a Amana refrigerator, made a few questions about the product and some friends told us that is good as it is of the Whirlpool company.bought a house and because we wanted our new kitchen appliances and to have peace of mind that we did not have to worry about repairs or replacement in less than two years ... for this reason we prefer to buy something new instead of used.The brand may be good but the buyer is a scammer, first the stove came home with problems, internal glass door was left the track, this is not something that happened in the shipping ... is an manufacture problem.I contacted amazon and the seller finally sent a Amana technician , and solved the problem yesterday. after we put the stove in the kitchen we realized that the clock display and controller or timer is also moved.the stove is scratch on the front edges, and Amana technician told me that although it is good product, glass stove top is scratch in less than 6 months. ..... again he was very nice with the comment ...second time using the stove already scratched.we bought the refrigerator directly from AMANA at Amazon, just hope that the fridge do not give us any problems.SIMPLE!!!! This product should be classified as used or made in bad conditions or damage so the buyer would know what to expect when shopping.

Thought this was a good upgrade but...

I saw this range and the matching dishwasher and side-by-side fridge on sale and figured it was time for an upgrade. I bought the black and have had it for about one and a half years now. I am VERY disappointed with my purchases! It is an "Energy Star" appliance and I thought this would be a big plus but boy was I wrong! It uses less energy but I have to cook/bake everything twice as long as with my beat up OLD range! I have to say that I haven't tried the "Self Clean" oven setting because in the booklet it says that it takes 6-8hrs for it to clean itself!The burners are hard to clean and even with a glass cooktop cleaner there are rings aroung the burners from excess grease and oils! I think I made a bad choice in getting this! Save your money and buy an GE or something better!
