quiet and gets the job done!

Our previous 2 overpriced cooktops were both louder and less efficient...not to mention both shattered within a couple years of use. This Whirlpool is so quiet and boils much faster. The Stainless steel trim was a must to prevent the edge glass from chipping or breaking. Although our past 2 were push button top and had safety shut off, it's worth the trade to clean around the knobs and not have the stove shut off mid cooking from sliding pans around. Overall, so far, I'm completely satisfied with the quality, look and function of this cooktop!

Very nice product for the money

The Stainless edge cost very little addition to the one without and it adds a nice look. I had a Frigidaire that had chipped on the corner, no it had to be replaced. This stainless strip should resolve that. This unit also heats up more quickly.

Just what we wanted

The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was easily installed by following the directions provided and operates as advertised. It was purchased to replace a stainless, coil burner type cooktop that never looked clean after the new wore off, and upon which pots would not sit level. The new top looks good, is level and cleans easily. Everything we wanted.
