does not work at all

After an hour, even though the machine read the proper freezing temps, the mixture (a recipe I've used hundreds of times) did not freeze. It turned into this half-icy, lumpy, soft mess.On top of that, the machine is incredibly heavy and bulky and VERY challenging to put together; the instructions are very incomplete.It's been a very long time since I was so disappointed in a purchase; this is going back.
