This is a great handy machine. The output is good and the result is great. I would recommend this to boaters, campers (with generators), or anyone else looking for a good ice maker without all the installation issues of a permanent system.

Leaks

Purchased the Whynter T-1A Portable ice maker on Amazon.Received the first one quickly via UPS. The pump was cracked and water leaked all the time. Went to amazon Setup a return and replace. 2 days later I have a new one. This one wasn't broken or didn't seem to be but it also leaked.Setup a return and refund through amazon and purchased a different make and model.Love Amazon - the Whynter is a poorly designed product.
